Reset & Restart Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The FutureMoney Reset & Restart Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Future Money, Inc (“Sponsor”), located at 1 Washington St. #1553 Boston, MA 02108.

2. Entry period

This FutureMoney Reset & Restart Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM PST on September 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 1st, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using the ways to enter outlined below.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC (“Eligible Territory”) who will be 18 years or older at the time of the prize drawing. Void outside the Eligibility Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Any individual who has won a Prize from FutureMoney within 12 months of first being notified they are a winner is excluded from winning another Prize. Employees, agents, and officers of Sponsor and any company involved in the prize drawing, and, where applicable, the respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, acceptance of, and compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Regulatory Disclosure: This Sweepstakes is not subject to registration or bonding in Florida or New York, as the total value of all prizes offered is under $5,000. It is not subject to registration in Rhode Island because it is not conducted through physical retail locations.

4. How to enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. FUND YOUR FUTUREMONEY ACCOUNT: Every account that makes a valid deposit of $5 during the sweepstakes Entry Period will earn one (1) entry. Only valid on net new dollars, not valid on failed transactions.
2. ENTER FOR FREE: To enter without making a purchase, follow a participating Social Media Account (“Social Media Account”), direct message the phrase “Reset & Restart” and follow the instructions provided by direct message.

Participating Social Media Accounts include, but are not limited to, Instagram: @FutureMoneyCo, @PhilBarrar, @MoneywithKendall.

Eligible entrants must enter via either the Funding or Free method as described.

Max entries per either method is two (2) entries per sweepstakes regardless of method of entry.

Any attempt by an entrant to enter in any method other than those specifically outlined in this paragraph, obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that entrant's entry and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Incomplete entries are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

5. Prize drawing

The potential winner(s) will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period. There will be one winner selected on or about October 15th, 2025.

6. Odds

Odds of winning the Prize(s) depend on the number of eligible entries received during the respective Weekly Period.

7. Winner(s) notification

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Winner(s) via email on or about the corresponding selection date. Failure to respond to the Winner Notification within three (3) business days, will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner(s).

8. Prizes

One (1) prize (“Prize”) is available to be awarded.

Prize Details: $500 into a FutureMoney Account will be awarded to one winner. Prize(s) are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any taxes on prize(s) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

By entry into this Sweepstakes, Winner(s) consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. General conditions

Limit one prize per person and per household for the Sweepstakes. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

12. Release

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from any claims or causes of action to injury or damage to persons or property.

13. Limitation of liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by printing errors or any errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

14. Privacy policy

Personal information collected in conjunction with entry is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy available at futuremoney.co/legal-privacy.

15. Disputes

Each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from all claims. Disputes arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate court located in Delaware.
